An Order for service by publication was issued on August 11, 2023. This is a summons which requires you to appear in the Macon-Bibb County Juvenile Court, Thomas Jackson Juvenile Justice Center, Macon, Georgia, on December 13, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., then and there to make defense to the allegations of the Petition, and to show cause why the prayers of the petitioner should not be granted.

You are entitled to counsel in these proceedings and the Court will appoint counsel if you are unable without undue financial hardship to employ counsel.
