YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Adverse Possession and to Quiet Title to the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:

Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, GLENDALE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 26, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on BRUCE J. SPERRY, Esquire, the Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 1607 South Alexander Street, Suite 101, Plant City, Florida 33563-8421, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before December 20, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
