JOSEPHSON, DECEASED; RRA CP OPPORTUNITY TRUST 1; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
