NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-003165 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Eric W. Ingraham a/k/a Eric Wayne Ingraham, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Irene Celeste Ingraham a/k/a Irene Celeste Jacot, Deceased. ; Marilaine Arcia f/k/a Marilaine Ingraham; Eric Wayne Ingraham, Jr. a/k/a Eric Wayne Ingraham a/k/a Eric W. Ingraham; Christopher Daniel Morrison a/k/a Christopher D. Morrison; Britany Elena Morrison a/k/a Britany E. Morrison; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation., its successors and assigns are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose. com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 3 AND 4 AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 1, LESS THE WEST 2 FEET OF SAID LOT 3, BLOCK 11 OF MAP OF BRANDON, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
