Robert Houston is hereby summoned to file an answer in the Gibson County Chancery Court of Humbolt, Tennessee, who’s address is 1421 Osborne St, Humboldt, TN 38343, to Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption, which is sworn to and filed in the case of; IN RE: The Adoption of Naomi Houston (DOB: 02/10/2015), bearing Docket # H6574, in the above court, within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication hereof, OR appear for the hearing in the Gibson County Chancery Court of Trenton, Tennessee, who’s address is 204 N Court square Trenton, TN 38382, on February 14, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. If Robert Houston does not file an answer or appear as directed by this notice, judgment by default will be taken against him for the relief demanded in the Petition.

It has been ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, a weekly newspaper, in Hillsboro County, Florida.
