NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure signed on November 21, 2023 in Civil Case Number 23-CA-008889 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein GRANITE HILLS VENTURES, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF TEXTBOOK HOLDINGS TRUST is the Plaintiff and DIAMOND CONSTRUCTION GROUP CORP A/K/A DIAMOND CONSTRUCTION GROUP, A FLORIDA CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, Kevin C.
