1. The administration of the estate of Nelson Martinez, deceased, file number 23-CP-3270, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112.

2. The personal representative is Milagros Caridad Benitez, 760 5th St. S.W., Naples, FL 34117.
