NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2023 and entered in Case No. 11-2023-CA-001025-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CIM TRUST 2021NR4 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN M. MACEK, DECEASED; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KAREN M. MACEK, DECEASED; DAVID CHRISTIANSEN; NICOLE DUNNING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on January 4, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 6, BLOCK 208, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 1 THRU 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.

This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
