NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2023, and entered in Case No. 112022CA0016360001XX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CARMINE BUCCIARELLI A/K/A CARMINE GIOVANNI BUCCIARELLI, DECEASED; NAPLES TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELISSA LEE BUCCIARELLI A/K/A ELISSA L. BUCCIARELLI; WENDY ANNE BUCCIARELLI A/K/A WENDY A. UNIT NO. 206, OF NAPLES TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1455, PAGES 278 THROUGH 344, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1462, PAGE 477; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1462, PAGE 491; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1462, PAGE 493; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1469, PAGE 1332; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1469, PAGE 1333; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1469, PAGE 1335; AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1469, PAGE 1338.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.

Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
