NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022CA001131000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Lenders Investment Trading Corporation d/b/a RP Funding formerly known as R P Funding, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Matthew Reiter are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN NORTH 0°25’30” EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY THEREOF FOR 543.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0°25’30” EAST 358.15 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 85°44’00” EAST 793.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°25’30” WEST 305.15 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 791.23 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS BEING PART OF LOTS 102 AND 103 OF AUBURNDALE LAKESIDE PARK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE ROAD S-655 ON THE WEST SIDE.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
