You have the right to cure the default by paying the full amount set forth above plus per diem as accrued to the date of payment, on or before the 30th day after the date of this notice. If payment is not received within such 30-day period, additional amounts will be due. Failure to cure the default set forth herein or take other appropriate action regarding this matter will result in the loss of ownership of the timeshare through the trustee foreclosure procedure set forth in F.S. 721.856. You have the right to submit an objection form, exercising your right to object to the use of trustee foreclosure procedure. If the objection is filed this matter shall be subject to the to the judicial foreclosure procedure only. The default may be cured any time before the trustee’s sale of your timeshare interest. If you do not object to the use of trustee foreclosure procedure, you will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the sale of your timeshare interest are sufficient to offset the amounts secured by the lien.
