The West 100.0 feet of the East 1730.0 feet, of Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 25 East, Polk County, Florida, lying South of State Highway No. S-54, less the South 4845.0 feet thereof. Also being known as Lot C-17, Sunrise Acres, unrecorded subdivision, in Polk County, Florida a/k/a xxx Deen Still Rd E, Polk City, FL 33868; 25-26-03000000-013060. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J.D. Manzo, of Manzo & Associates, P.A., Plaintiff ’s attorney, whose address is 4767 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814, telephone number (407) 514-2692, on or before 01/04/2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff ’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
