NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in CHARLOTTE County, Florida:

LOT 944 OF EL JOBEAN, WARD 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L.,
