NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:

Lot 20, Unit 2 of GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE K UNIT 1, A/K/A GREENBROOK CROSSINGS & UNIT 2 A/K/A GREENBROOK HAVEN, a subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 74 through 81, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

A/K/A 6220 Macaw Glen, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , at 11:00 A.M. on December 20, 2023

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
