NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 28, 2023, in Case No. 2023-CA-003627 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MATRIX FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ROSANNE TENNYSON and CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MORNINGSIDE, INC.., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of January 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

UNIT 110, PHASE V, MORNINGSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED

IN O.R. BOOK 1053, PAGE 2791, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
