Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on October 10, 2023 in the above-styled Case Number 2023 CA 000306 in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:

Unit 718, of Phase 7, Vizcaya, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1008, Page 3614, Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with the assignment of Parking Space No. H. designated in the Declaration of Condominium as limited common elements as an appurtenance to the Unit.

Property address: 6101 34th Street West, Unit 26H, Bradenton, FL 34210 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 17, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
