YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been instituted to foreclose a Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to wit:

Unit No. 804, SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 8, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 794, Page 600, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 23, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Property Address: 3280 Southfield Lane, #804, Sarasota, Florida 34239.

Each Defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint or Petition on Gary M. Singer, Esq., Law Firm of Gary M. Singer. P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 12 S.E. 7th Street, Ste. 820, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court, on or before the 30th day following the first publication of this notice January 8, 2024, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
