NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-005281CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 1 LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEROME P. COLLINS (DECEASED) OR THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JEROME P. COLLINS; TIMOTHY M. COLLINS; JONTRELL WILLIE COLLINS; OME P. COLLINS; JEROME HAL COLLINS; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH

Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash as www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on JANAURY 4, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: Lot 3, Block I, MARGARET MANOR SECOND ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 51, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. And part of Water Lot per Official Records Book 1924, Page 685.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
