NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated this November 29, 2023, entered in Civil Case No. 23007022-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY AGENCY, INC. is Plaintiff and BRIAN GARRIGA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) n/k/a Hayam Bremsley are Defendants.

I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas. realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031, at 10:00am on the 10th day of January 2024, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Unit 408, Building J, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO.4, PHASE II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5368, Page 1175, and amended to add Phase III in O.R. Book 5645, page 39, et seq., and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 114 through 119 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 51 through 54, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida..

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
