CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff and DAVID M. PARISH; JESSIKA D. PARISH; SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; TENANT #1, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www. pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: LOT 29, GOLFWOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 8470 Lantana Dr, Seminole, Florida 33777 and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
