Car condo complexes have been taking off in the region. In addition to Luxe Flex Garage, others on the west coast of Florida include:

■ The 300-unit Motor Enclave, which opened this year in Tampa

■ The 65-unit Luxe Dream Garage in Lakewood Ranch, which opened at the end of last year.

■ Naples Motor Condos in Naples, which is opening in 2025.

■ The 43-unit Motocave opening next year in St. Petersburg.
