Chiles Hospitality CEO Chuck Wolfe has risen to the top of two industries — politics and restaurants — that can be challenging and, some days, a grind. Three if you count that Wolfe was a nationally elected Boy Scouts representative when he was a teenager.
What’s Wolfe’s advice for young people getting started, especially ones with lots of enthusiasm? “Be clear and be honest with yourself about what you want and what you don’t want,” he says. “Be honest with yourself about work and what it is that your job can change.”
